Quotations: Official pricing is only valid when issued through a formal Request for Quotation (RFQ) or commercial contract.
Price Adjustments: Hammer Feed reserves the right to adjust pricing based on international market fluctuations, raw material availability, and maritime logistics costs prior to the execution of a final contract.
3. Nutritional Formulations & Biological Liability
Hammer Feed engineers feed and additive solutions utilizing advanced veterinary science and laboratory diagnostics to meet exact nutritional specifications. However, biological performance and livestock yields are influenced by numerous external farm-level factors (including environmental conditions, genetics, farm management, and biosecurity protocols).
Limitation of Liability: While we guarantee the chemical and nutritional specifications of our manufactured products at the point of delivery, Hammer Feed accepts no legal liability for specific biological outcomes, feed conversion ratios (FCR), or overall livestock mortality/yield at the commercial farm level.

All content presented on this website including but not limited to corporate logos, strategic division frameworks, text, graphics, laboratory protocols, and customized nutritional algorithms is the exclusive intellectual property of Hammer Feed.
